As a global staffing company with offices in the United States and India, Absolute IT may transfer your personal information between countries. When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection regardless of where it is processed.
Safeguards for International Transfers
We use several mechanisms to protect data transferred internationally: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission; the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for transfers from the EU to the U.S.; binding corporate rules governing intra-company data transfers; and data processing agreements with third-party service providers that include appropriate data protection provisions.
Your Rights Regarding International Transfers
